• High-speed Internet connection

• Windows 10 operating system (Note: ZYTO Remote is not Mac-compatible.)

• Videoconferencing/screensharing software (We will send you a Zoom link).

• Phone 

If you are not totally impressed with the capability of your new Zyto Hand Cradle, we offer a 100% return policy with the following requirements:

• Returns must be made within 4 months of the initial purchase and within the first two remote scans, whichever occurs first.
• Equipment must be returned in the original box in "brand new" condition.
